Erasmus Plus KA1 Adult Education Staff mobility.
The Training project, titled “CRE.SCE.R.E. Creativity to develop social competencies, relationship and entrepreneurship“, is born from the awareness that our Cooperative is a young organization and has needs connected both to the management, and to the development of new training courses for adults, in order to establish ourselves as provider at the local, national and European level.
The Cooperative thinks that its principal good is its human capital that can and has to grow (“CRESCERE”) from the relational and professional point of view. As Cooperative, we believe in the mutuality of every professional’s work and, for this reason, this project could relate different business areas and several groups of work, actually not connected yet.
The training plan has these goals:
1) Engaging the Cooperative leadership in a European training project, in order to provide direct information of the project, to understand the opportunities offered and to develop new management skills;
2) Strengthening European relationships, by knowing new providers and getting in touch with other trainees;
3) Improving the relational and communication dynamics in the work group, by creating common languages and new occasions of shared planning
4) Observing the training course organization, in order to review our procedures;
5) Knowing new tools and conducting methodologies;
6) Strengthening our linguistic skills in English.
The project involves several professionals (2 from the directive staff; 3/4 trainers).
Progetto Crescere presents a two-year training plan, comprehensive of 8 transnational mobilities, consisting in the participation to 4 five-days-long training courses (2 mobilities per course), conducted by 4 esteemed European providers, which use active methodologies.
The 4 training courses are:
MODULE 1: Leadership and team group management
MODULE 2: Effective communication and social skills development
MODULE 3: Coaching, as method to improve performances and to reach new goals
MODULE 4: Innovative approaches, informal methodologies, creative teaching/learning, connected with the multiculturalism
The project intends to engage the professionals of the Cooperative since the selection phase, in which participants will have to demonstrate to be motivated to participate to the entire time of the project, from the preliminary phases to the evaluation and dissemination.
The attended results are:
-decreasing of internal conflicts;
-productivity improvement of the team work/équipe/board of directors;
-new curricula for the professionals;
-increasing of the number of providers with which we keep in touch;
-development of new training courses and increasing of the number of trainees;
-revision of our training courses;
-participation for new strategic partnerships;
-improvement of oral communication skills in English of our professionals.
We expect an impact on several levels:
-improvement of the our internal management for a new entrepreneurship impulse;
-new placement as a provider at local, national and European level.
We think that the principal advantage would be the growth of the satisfaction levels intern to the Cooperative, the personal efficiency and, consequently, the fostering of personal and professional well-being.
