WELLBEING ACADEMY promotes well-being as a lifelong learning skill. The project supports adult educators and professionals in integrating mindfulness, emotional regulation, and experiential methodologies into their teaching and daily life. By strengthening the emotional balance and motivation of trainers, it enhances the overall quality of adult education and fosters a culture of care, inclusion, and personal growth.
Objectives
- Strengthen the professional and emotional competences of adult educators.
- Promote a holistic approach connecting body, mind, and emotions.
- Encourage a positive work environment and prevent burnout.
- Establish a Wellbeing Academy as a long-term training hub.
Activities
- 12 staff mobilities in Austria and Spain across 4 international courses: Authentic Communication, Mindfulness Practice, Motivation, Stress Management.
- 4 workshops for adult learners and 3 internal training sessions for staff.
- Dissemination events and creation of digital learning materials.
Expected Outcomes
- Improved personal and professional skills among participants.
- Creation of the Wellbeing Academy as a sustainable learning space.
- Toolkit of best practices and educational materials shared across Europe.
- Strengthened European cooperation in adult education.
